This position provides care to assigned residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner and is responsible to perform the following according to location standards, procedures and individualized resident care plans.
Pay range is $36/HR- $37/HR
Schedule: Flexible, PRN
This position provides care to assigned residents in a caring, safe and efficient manner and is responsible to perform the following according to location standards, procedures and individualized resident care plans.
Position Requirements:
- Current and active KY Registered Nurse License
- Covid vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption
- Flu and Tuberculosis screening/ T.Spot
- Successful background check and drug screening clearance
- Assures medications and treatments are administered to assigned residents following nursing standards of practice. Updates care plan as needed.

Supervises assigned employee(s). Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the
organization’s policies, procedures and applicable laws.
