Salary Range: $64.00/hr – $64.00/hr
Schedule: Contract, Local and Travel
Position Requirements:
- Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in this state.
- Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the Nursing Staff and the CNAs in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility.
- Current Tuberculosis screening
- Hepatitis B, Influenza, and COVID vaccinations or approved exemptions
- Background and Drug Screening
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to patients and supervise the day-to-day activities of nursing staff and CNAs in accordance with federal, state and local standards.
- Monitor and assess patients’ needs and conditions and communicate any changes to care team.
- Plan, Implement, and Evaluate patient care plans in conjunction with other healthcare team members.
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
- Other duties as assigned.
