Pay range is $65.00/HR- $75.00/HR
Schedule: PRN- immediate need for specific dates in April and May
Job Description :
The O.R. Nurse will assess the needs of individual patients including but not limited to adult, pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients. Specialties include spine, orthopaedics, ENT, pain management, podiatry, and pediatrics.
RN Job Requirements Include:
- Degree from an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.
- Minimum two years work experience as a staff/O.R. / Cirulator
- BLS, ACLS, PALS per area assigned.
- Demonstrates applied knowledge base in areas of medical/ surgical patient care, pain assessment and actions of pharmaceuticals and anesthetic agents, laboratory values, safety and legal issues and all emergency equipment.
- Practices effective problem identification and resolution skills as a method of sound decision making.
- Performs documentation duties on the floor and in the patient record, which is timely, accurate and concise.
- Works as part of a team in delivering patient care.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
