Salary Range:$30.71/hr.-$30.71/hr
Schedule: Local Contract , 13 weeks
Shifts: Night
Position Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in good standing
- 2 years of LTC/Skilled experience
- Resume
- Hepatitis B, Influenza or approved declinations
- Covid-19 Vaccine and booster
- MMR, Varicella
- AHA or ARC BLS
- Tuberculosis screening
- References
- Driver’s license/state ID
- Physical
- Background and Drug Screening
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and chart patients’ medical history and maintain complete records.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and response to care plan, reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients’ care plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
