Salary Range: $39.00/hr – $39.00/hr
Schedule: PRN
Position Requirements:
- Credentials: Resume, TB, Physical, HepB, Flu, CPR/BLS
- TB 1 Step, Blood Test, or Chest X-Ray accepted within 5yrs
- Physical (accepted within the last year)
- COVID Vaccine or Exemption
- Flu vaccine or declination
- HepB vaccine or declination
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and chart patients’ medical history and maintain complete records.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and response to care plan, reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients’ care plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
