Salary Range: $29/hr. -$39/hr.
Schedule: 9 week contract
Shift: 7a-3p
Position Requirements:
- Resume
- LPN License
- CPR/BLS required for all disciplines
- Physical
- TB: 1-step PPD, TSPOT or QuantiFERON, Neg chest X-ray accepted (within 5yrs)
- Hep B or declination
- COVID Vaccine
- Influenza vaccine or declination
- Mask Fit Test
- 2 References
- BC and DS required for all disciplines
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and chart patients’ medical history and maintain complete records.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and response to care plan, reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients’ care plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
