Salary Range: $40.00/hr
Schedule: PRN, or Block
You’ll be a perfect fit for this position if you:
- Must be licensed (LCSW) in the state of Georgia with a minimum of 3 years’ social work experience.
- Accredited by the Council of Social Work Education (CSWE)
- Current American Heart Association BLS
- Current influenza vaccination record
- Current Tuberculosis Screening
- Driver’s license or state ID
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical social work services to assigned resident case load of residents and families.
- Performs as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team.
- Provides psychosocial data, assessments and goals through comprehensive assessments and follow up.
- Facilitates support groups and therapeutic sessions with residents and families.
- Assists in program development and other facility services.
- Other duties as assigned.
