Respiratory Therapist (RT) – St. Augustine, FL – Contract – $55/hr-$60/hr

Local and Travel Contract Positions available – 8-13 week Contract length with extensions available – Compensation at the rate of $55/hr-$60/hr!

Orientation: Tuesdays – Able to start with 24-hr notice if all credentials/pre-employment are complete!

Job Requirements:

• Current RT license in good standing 
• 1 year related Critical Care Experience preferred
• 1 year of NICU Experience preferred
• Day shift RTs: must have NICU experience/NRP certification
• Night shift RTs: highly preferred NICU experience/NRP certification
• Up-to-date vaccination record
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Preferred 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effective communication with patients and other staff
• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients
• Perform specific testing techniques
• Assist physician as necessary to provide support during non-invasive procedures
• Complete clinical documentation and patient charting in a timely manner with special attention to accuracy
• Maintain adequate supply levels through the use of accurate inventory control
