Job Requirements:
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Arizona
- 1 year experience in post-acute care preferred
- BLS Certification
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess plan, implement and coordinate plans of care for residents
- Ensure medications and treatments are administered to assigned residents
- Direct and assist with resident, family/significant other education
- Use transfer equipment and handling techniques properly
