You’ll be a perfect fit for this position if you have (not limited to):
- CNA Certificate
- Resume
- TB test (1 step, blood draw or chest x-ray)
- Hep B vaccine or declination
- Influenza vaccine or declination
- COVID Vaccine (religious and medical exemptions accepted)
You’ll be tasked with the following responsibilities (not limited to):
- In accordance with the care plan, assist residents with activities of daily living including grooming, bathing, feeding, and exercise.
- Obtain and record resident vital signs.
- Provide medication reminders as required.
- Monitor the physical and mental health of residents, notifying the supervising nurse of changes in status.
Scheduling options: PRN, per diem, block or contract scheduling.
