After 20 years in the staffing industry, Rob found himself at a crossroads. Despite many successes while on the leadership team of a top 10 healthcare staffing agency, he just couldn’t shake the feeling his industry could be doing more. Then, while sitting at an America’s Essentials Hospitals (AEH) conference listening to healthcare executive after healthcare executive share innovative ideas of how they were treating more patients with limited resources – how they were doing more with less – he asked himself,
What were we doing across the staffing industry that was innovative, or actually brought increased value to healthcare facilities and clinicians?

After a decade of collaborating with healthcare organizations to design and implement a variety of workforce solutions, he realized a better solution was indeed possible. Behind the Beard
Rob is a Georgia native and Berry College graduate that resides in (and loves) Durham, North Carolina. He is married to the Reverend Dr. Katie Crowe, enjoys spending every possible moment with their 4 year old son and two sibling boxers they recently adopted from a rescue organization. If you’re a local, you may catch him walking to and from the intergalactic Matchwell headquarters in downtown Durham, chasing fish along the coast, or in the mountains of North Carolina.
