Salary Range: $40/hr-$40/hr
Schedule: contract, 40hrs/wk
Position Requirements:
- Current and active LPN license for state applying
- Atleast 1 year of LTC experience
- Current Tuberculosis screening
- References
- Current and active CPR/BLS
- Hepatitis B, Influenza or approved declination forms
- COVID vaccinations
- Dementia education requirement
- Background and Drug Screening
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately measure and chart patients’ medical history and maintain complete records.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and response to care plan, reporting any changes to healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as outlined in patients’ care plan.
- Other duties as assigned.
